Cyril Gras is a founding partner of WHYN, a consulting firm specializing in critical programs in the precision engineering, defense, and healthcare industries. With 22 years of experience in the precision manufacturing industry, he built his expertise on the ground, starting with a BTS in Microtechnology at ENS Cachan, followed by roles at Dassault Aviation, the Renault Group, and Magna Steyr Europe, before founding INFUSIO (precision plastic injection molding) in 2006.

On every project, he is the firm’s sole hands-on executive: he steers the process from scoping to handover, all the way to quantifiable stability. His method consists of four stages—scope, audit, design, and execute—and one principle: the right question before the right solution. WHYN does not simply deliver a recommendation; it guides the process until it can stand on its own.

His area of expertise: project management and the deployment of industrial systems (ERP, MES), where success depends not on technical aspects but on adoption on the shop floor.
