Baptiste Jard

Three years ago, Baptiste Jard led the Aquiweb implementation project at Howden (Meyzieu). This project, initiated by the logistics department, aimed to improve scheduling reliability in order to meet customer deadlines and optimize workshop capacity utilization.

In a workshop mainly composed of manual workstations, the digitization of production represented a major challenge. From the selection of solutions to the training of 50 operators, this project made it possible to modernize the factory’s processes and introduce the company to Industry 4.0, while meeting the requirements of the group’s management.

Now retrained as a high-level athlete, Baptiste will revisit his industrial past to share his experiences with us.
