Camille Bouton

Camille Bouton has been with Alpina Savoie for eight years, a professional adventure that began with a work-study program and continued with a position as a scheduler. This role allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s operations, from processing at the mill to warehouse logistics management.

Thanks to internal promotion, she held the position of production manager before recently becoming head of operational excellence. She played a key role in the development and integration of the Aquiweb tool, in collaboration with the Astrée teams. The deployment of the Aquiordo module marked a turning point in the optimization of Alpina Savoie’s planning processes.

Her commitment? To combine innovation and performance to support the company in its quest for excellence.
