Clément Niessen

After a career in supply chain management at Stellantis, Clément joined OPEO in 2015, where he has been supporting industrial clients in their transformations for the past 10 years.

He works on high-stakes business projects where operational excellence is a key performance driver, with a focus on improving productivity (OEE, MOD/MOI), quality control (reducing material losses and non-quality issues), and optimizing flows (WCR, OTD, lead time). Clément has developed sector-specific expertise by working mainly with companies in the agri-food, aerospace, and luxury goods industries.
