Corelien Hyolle

With a background in industrial maintenance, Corelien Hyolle completed his training with an engineering degree from Polytech Orléans.

It was during his apprenticeship at Keolis (the public transport operator for the city of Orléans) that he discovered the richness of professions combining technical skills, project management, and continuous improvement, a balance that now guides his professional career.

He continued along this path at Grosfillex, a manufacturer of PVC joinery, where he led industrialization projects for new products and supervised the installation and commissioning of special machines.

For the past three years, he has been working at K•LINE France, a leader in aluminum joinery, as Industrial Performance Coordinator.

He leads projects aimed at improving safety, quality, and productivity, in particular by:

• Identifying and leading continuous improvement projects (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen)
• Industrializing new equipment and managing change in production.

Convinced that industrial innovation requires team commitment and pragmatic solutions, he makes it a point of honor to combine hands-on experience, methodology, and sustainable performance.
