Loïc Vernillet

Loïc Vernillet is Production and Maintenance Manager at Maison Louis Jadot. He ensures that all processes run smoothly, from wine bottling to shipping. He oversees inventory, production, purchasing, and shipping, as well as continuous improvement and maintenance activities.

Committed to continuous improvement for over ten years, he developed this approach during his training as an industrial engineer and then during his experience as a workshop manager in the chemical and metallurgical industries. It was during this period that he was introduced to performance culture and MES solutions.

At Maison Louis Jadot, one of his objectives is to deploy a structured industrial vision by implementing effective working methods and management tools, while preserving the historic and family spirit for which the company is renowned. It is in this spirit that he collaborates with Astrée Software.
