Madjid Meziani

With a Ph.D. in pharmacy, Madjid MEZIANI has spent most of his career in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. After gaining experience at Pfizer, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and then Galien LPS—where he worked on production, continuous improvement, quality, and maintenance—he joined Guinot-Mary Cohr in 2018 as Production Manager before advancing to his current role as Deputy Director of Industrial Operations.

At Guinot, he was one of the key drivers behind the deployment of the MES. In particular, he led the implementation of the Aquitime module on the packaging lines before overseeing its expansion to manufacturing operations, followed by successive updates to the system to meet production, quality, and continuous improvement needs.

During the workshop “Change Management: Getting Your Teams On Board with the MES,” led by Cyril Gras and Cyprien Bel, Madjid MEZIANI will share particularly practical insights on the human aspect of supporting a shop floor digitization project.
