Mathieu Schneider has been with La Normandise for more than 20 years, where he has gained solid industrial experience through successive roles in quality, production, and industrial reorganization. Currently the Director of Operational Excellence, he leads the site’s initiatives in continuous improvement, digital transformation, and industrial performance.
