Mylène Cuendet

As a production engineer responsible for continuous improvement at Affinity for seven years, she plays a key role in the site’s industrial performance.

Upon her arrival, she was entrusted with the administration of the Aquiweb and Plant-Data tools.

Her responsibilities cover several strategic areas:

• Software development (migrations, updates, functional upgrades)
• Configuring system modules according to Affinity’s specific needs
• Supporting and training all employees according to their user profiles
• Consolidating and analyzing data from the field (faults, downtime, losses, quality controls, etc.) with a view to operational excellence
• Ensuring that issues are escalated to the support department

Within Affinity, Aquiweb is used daily at all levels of the organization: for running meetings, managing operations, real-time monitoring, etc. It is a central tool for line operators, quality and maintenance technicians, and managers alike.
