Patrice Ferrero

Patrice Ferrero joined the Massilly Group in January 2011, after 21 years of experience in the plastics industry, working for a company specializing in luxury cosmetics packaging. He is currently Continuous Improvement Manager at Massilly-France, a position he has held since 2020.

Throughout his career, he has held several key positions: technician, production manager, project manager, and head of a development unit. These experiences have enabled him to develop solid operational and managerial expertise.

In his current role, he works to develop a performance culture within the group by deploying tools and methods derived from Lean Management and Six Sigma, while supporting employees in their continuous improvement efforts.

Thanks to his skills and constant commitment, he was appointed MES project manager for the Massilly group, an initiative he has been leading since his arrival, convinced of its strategic value for the company.
