Quentin Bérard is the CEO and co-founder of Shizen, a Daily Management System (DMS) SaaS platform for the industrial sector. Based in Paris and hosted in France, Shizen streamlines daily communication in factories: performance rituals, shop floor rounds, problem-solving, and action plans. The company currently serves about 50 clients across nearly 300 industrial sites, including Toyota, Stellantis, bioMérieux, Clarins, Danfoss, and Böllhoff.
