Redouane Abbas is Head of IT Manufacturing Expertise at MEWS Partners. With over 20 years of experience, he has held key positions in both operational and consulting roles, including Site Manager and IT Director, with a strong commitment to the digitalization of production activities.

As a specialist in MES projects, he has proven expertise in their implementation, which he has exercised from various angles: as a project manager (site director), business analyst (IT director), and consultant. He has successfully completed a dozen MES projects in both discrete industrial environments and continuous process contexts.

His experience covers the entire project lifecycle, from upstream scoping phases to operational deployment and change management.
