With 25 years of experience as an Information Systems Director, Sandrine Lesnik has held positions in a variety of sectors, including agri-food, retail, and luxury goods, within large groups and family-owned companies (Danone, Mondelez, Maisons & Domaines Henriot, Sysco, Agromousquetaires, etc.).

As a member of the Executive Committee, she has supported subsidiaries of international groups and independent structures in major transformations such as divestitures and mergers.

A recognized expert in change management, she has successfully led several programs to overhaul and modernize information systems, combining strategic vision with operational pragmatism. Her expertise also includes the design and implementation of high-performance, sustainable IT organizations aligned with business challenges and the overall performance of the company.
