Stéphane Baelde

Stéphane Baelde has been an industrial organization and performance consultant for nearly 25 years. With a master’s degree in industrial systems engineering, he is co-founder of PI Consultants Associés, where he helps small and medium-sized businesses optimize their industrial and logistics processes.

An expert in lean management, continuous improvement, flow management, and maintenance, he leads diagnostic, training, and change management projects. He also works on initiatives to capitalize on expertise and improve quality of life in the workplace.

His hands-on experience allows him to adapt best practices to the realities of each company. He regularly leads regional collective initiatives related to operational excellence and industrial performance.
