In an increasingly demanding industrial environment, companies must guarantee consistent quality and greater responsiveness to production deviations. The control plan, the backbone of quality monitoring, defines what, when, how, and by whom controls are performed.
Traditionally managed on paper, via Excel files or in software disconnected from production, these plans now have limitations in terms of reliability, responsiveness, and analytical capabilities in relation to the production context.
This conference will show you how Aquiweb can help you efficiently digitize your control plan, from the challenges on the ground to concrete implementation and measurable benefits.
Conference objectives:
- Understand the role of MES software, the digitization of the control plan and, more broadly, quality management at an industrial site.
- Explore the key features of Aquiweb for effective digitization of the control plan.
- Case study illustrating the application of Aquiweb at AIP.
On the agenda:
- Definition and importance of quality management and implementation of a control plan
- Key features of Aquiweb for quality management
- Self-checks, execution assistance
- SPC charts
- Non-compliance management
- Advantages of using MES systems for managing a control plan
- Feedback from a major industrial player. XXXXXXX >> to be done by communications, manager xxxx >> to be done by communications will share with you the implementation and use of Aquiweb at the AIP industrial site.
- Discussions with participants.
This conference aims to present a key feature of our MES solution: quality management. With the Aquiqual module, Aquiweb provides comprehensive quality management: from simple self-checking to SPC control. It ensures real-time management and total digitization of all elements, including connection to instruments.
