Digitization of bottling lines at this prestigious company

Maison Louis Jadot is a wine producer and merchant based in Beaune. The company controls 220 hectares in the Côte d’Or, Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions of Burgundy. All products in the range carry the same label.

Astrée Software’s MES software was integrated at Maison Louis Jadot on a pilot basis on one bottling line. The aim was to optimize traceability and production performance while maintaining the company’s quality and craftsmanship.

Aquiweb enabled precise waste management by identifying losses along the line and facilitating their analysis. A specific feature was also implemented to track “TBs,” which are semi-finished products consisting of unlabeled bottles stored temporarily before labeling.

In addition, the Aquiqual and Aquitraça modules have been integrated into the project: the former for quality management, with rigorous monitoring of controls during production, and the latter to ensure complete traceability of raw materials and supplier batches, including labels, bottles, and cartons.

Thanks to this successful trial, Maison Louis Jadot has been able to better control its flows, increase its responsiveness, and lay the foundations for a broader digitalization of its packaging process.
