Maneko

A young company that puts its heart into giving your equipment a second life.

Founded in October 2020, Maneko is a sister company of Noremat, part of the family-owned Actibac group. Specializing in the reconditioning of road maintenance equipment, Maneko has quickly made a name for itself in a rapidly evolving sector thanks to its commitment to the circular economy and its capacity for innovation. The name Maneko reflects the company’s values and history:

• “Man” For manufacturing, emphasizing the artisanal aspect and the importance of human expertise in the reconditioning process.
• “K” Refers to Norémat’s historical services, Okapièce and Okasiorama, as well as the former Kléber website on which Maneko is now hosted.
• “EKO” To highlight our commitment to the circular economy and environmental protection.

Maneko affirms its capacity for innovation and enters the Industry 4.0 era with Aquiweb!

The challenges identified for this project are varied. The aim is to ensure more accurate, responsive, scalable, and less restrictive monitoring of production activities for operators, enabling them to focus on tasks with higher added value. A key challenge of the project was to create a production control tool that could accommodate the natural variability and craftsmanship of a process such as manufacturing. The project also aims to improve information sharing by making the right information available at the right time.

And that’s not all: the scope of Aquiweb at Maneko continues to evolve with the rollout of quality and scheduling modules.
