Grégory Valfort
Grégory Valfort works at Steriflow, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of sterilization equipment and pressure vessels for demanding industrial environments. In this field, where every piece of equipment is unique and traceability is a major challenge, he helps organize production operations and deploy the Aquiweb MES as close to the shop floor as possible.
At the intersection of production, quality, and digitalization, he has been leading the effort for several years to establish seamless digital connectivity between the ERP system and the shop floor, with a consistent goal: to ensure reliable execution, enhance traceability, and safeguard industrial know-how.
Under his leadership, the MES project continues to be rolled out across Steriflow’s production facilities to:
- Improve the reliability of production monitoring;
- Enhance the traceability of operations;
- Centralize manufacturing information;
- And automatically generate manufacturing records for customers.
Particularly involved in quality-related matters, Grégory Valfort focuses notably on the digitization of production controls, the traceability of critical operations, the management of operator authorizations, and the compilation of proof of compliance required for audits and customer files. The data recorded in the MES makes it possible, in particular, to demonstrate who performed an operation, when, and under what conditions, thereby meeting the stringent requirements associated with pressure equipment.
At Astrée MES Day 2026, he will share Steriflow’s experience with quality management in production and demonstrate how the MES has become a central tool for securing operations, populating manufacturing records, and ensuring the traceability of critical information.
