Jérôme Jallon

As production manager at Fromageries Terres d’Or, Jérôme Jallon oversees the day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations at a food processing company where industrial performance, product quality, and operational responsiveness are key priorities.

Faced, like many manufacturers, with the challenge of obtaining reliable and shared metrics, he and his teams embarked on a project to modernize shop floor management by implementing the Astn’go solution. The goal was simple: to better understand the reality on the ground, gain a fact-based view of performance, and support the teams in a continuous improvement process based on objective data.

Impressed by the solution’s simplicity, its rapid implementation, and its ability to quickly shed light on performance losses, Jérôme Jallon oversaw the rollout of Astn’go to the production teams in order to gradually instill new habits for managing and driving performance.
