Pauline Le Gars

Pauline Le Gars is a Quality BPO at Agromousquetaires, the industrial division of the Les Mousquetaires Group. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Core Model for quality and traceability processes and supports industrial sites in standardising and continuously improving their practices. An expert in quality, compliance and traceability issues within the agri-food industry, she contributes to the roll-out of digital tools designed to secure production data, ensure the reliability of traceability analyses and improve teams’ responsiveness to operational and regulatory requirements. At the Astrée MES Day, Pauline will share Agromousquetaires’ experience of using Aquiweb for traceability analyses, the gains achieved in terms of investigation speed, and how the MES and WMS complement each other in the management of flows and stock.
