Deploying Aquiweb across an industrial group undergoing a major transformation

Founded in 1985 and based in the heart of the Basque Country, the Artzainak Group designs, manufactures, and markets high-value-added industrial solutions for demanding sectors such as aerospace, construction, marine, the environment, and energy. Comprising several companies and with a workforce of over 250 employees, the group draws on recognized expertise in fields such as precision engineering, composite materials, and hydraulic systems.

As part of its ongoing efforts to improve industrial performance, Artzainak has launched a project to deploy Aquiweb across six production sites. One plant is currently using the Aquitime and Aquiordo modules to monitor production and manage workshop scheduling, while a second site is already utilizing Aquitime. This phased rollout reflects the group’s commitment to standardizing its management practices and establishing a common framework across its various entities.

Thanks to Aquitime, teams have a reliable overview of workshop activity and production times. Combined with Aquiordo, real-time monitoring is complemented by more flexible planning of production orders, enabling teams to anticipate priorities, better manage unforeseen events, and improve coordination among production teams.

At the Astrée Award ceremony, Artzainak will share the initial stages of this multi-site deployment project: the challenges encountered, the decisions made, and the lessons learned from an initiative aimed at establishing a consistent production management system across the entire group.
