Modernizing time-honored expertise through data and traceability.

Originally a family-owned business, the group now relies on a high-performance industrial infrastructure, including several state-of-the-art extrusion lines and significant processing capabilities, complemented by a flexographic printing operation that enables it to offer a comprehensive solution to its customers. Alongside its industrial growth, Granger Group is committed to responsible business practices, incorporating recycled materials into its production and taking concrete steps to reduce its environmental footprint, thereby combining tradition, innovation, and operational excellence.

As part of its efforts to modernize its industrial operations, Granger Group launched a major project in 2024 to digitize its production system, combining the implementation of a new ERP system with the deployment of the Aquiweb MES. Launched on March 1, 2026, the project is based on several key modules (Aquitime, Aquiqual, and Aquidoc) designed to address essential challenges such as time tracking, quality control, and document management as closely as possible to on-the-ground operations. Through this initiative, the group is pursuing a clear objective: to improve the reliability of production data, enhance traceability, and support its teams in gaining better control over industrial processes (the integration of the MES with the ERP system serving as a major driver for streamlining the flow of information between production floors and management functions).

After just a few months of operation (approximately seven months at the time of the Astrée MES Day 2026), the initial stages of this transformation are already opening up significant opportunities for workshop digitization and continuous improvement. Led by a dedicated project manager, this deployment fully illustrates the steps manufacturers are taking to embrace Industry 4.0, relying on concrete, operational tools designed to enhance overall performance.
