Structuring Industrial Performance Management with Aquiweb

As a global player in the automotive industry, TENNECO designs and manufactures components for leading automakers, particularly in the areas of exhaust systems, suspensions, and engine performance solutions. The Chazelles-sur-Lyon facility, which specializes in the manufacture of spark plugs as part of Federal-Mogul Ignition, operates in an industrial environment where process quality, performance, and reliability are key priorities.

To gain better visibility into the performance of its production lines, the site launched a digital transformation initiative using the Aquitime module. The goal was to ensure reliable tracking of production metrics, strengthen workshop management, and foster a shared understanding of performance, particularly regarding OEE.

During this presentation, the TENNECO teams will review the various stages of this project: the challenges that led to the selection of Aquitime, the applications developed for both production and management, and the initial benefits observed in day-to-day operations. The case study will highlight, in particular, improved visibility into line performance, the standardization of monitoring metrics, and more responsive operational management thanks to reliable, real-time data.

The speakers will also present the project’s future prospects as the migration is underway, illustrating the site’s commitment to continuing to structure its industrial data and to sustainably support its digital transformation.
